Baybridge Studio ("we", "us", "our") is a web design and development studio operated by Maya Sorensen, based in Portugal. This page explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or get in touch with us, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us directly, through the contact form on this site. That may include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The service or package you're interested in
- Any details you share about your project
We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking technology on this site. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and provide a quote or service if you choose to work with us. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How it's processed
Contact form submissions are delivered to us using FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service, which forwards your message to our inbox by email. We don't store submissions in any separate database ourselves.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project-related correspondence only for as long as it's needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship (including any legal or accounting requirements afterwards). You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
If you're in the European Union or the UK, data protection law (GDPR) gives you the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to or restrict how we use your data
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Portugal, this is the CNPD
